Since then, the charity has launched innovative interventions for women facing multiple disadvantages, in addition to domestic abuse, including homelessness, mental health and problematic substance use. Our new services include the Whole Housing Approach and the Pathfinder Health Approach for survivors of domestic abuse in 2018, the Minerva WrapAround service for women and young girls affected by crime in 2018, and the Diversion programme in 2019.
She has previously held senior management roles in diverse sectors, including financial services and retail fashion brands. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds degrees in Economics (London School of Economics) and Voluntary Sector Management (CASS Business School). She previously worked with a BAME VAWG organisation in North England and volunteered with Samaritans for over a decade.
