Niki Scordi

Chief Executive Officer
Niki joined Advance in 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer, leading the organisation through its 20-year anniversary in 2018 and launching its strategy 2018- 2022, aiming to reach more women and girls through innovative women-centric and needs-led services.

Since then, the charity has launched innovative interventions for women facing multiple disadvantages, in addition to domestic abuse, including homelessness, mental health and problematic substance use. Our new services include the Whole Housing Approach and the Pathfinder Health Approach for survivors of domestic abuse in 2018, the Minerva WrapAround service for women and young girls affected by crime in 2018, and the Diversion programme in 2019.
