Looking to improve your health or well-being? Join our yoga sessions (general level) with a qualified instructor.
About this workshop

Led by a qualified yoga trainer, these sessions offer women of all abilities, the space to take steps towards improved breathing, body awareness and mindfulness through exercises.

The yoga sessions will be divided into 3 parts: breathe cultivation, physical practise, and relaxation (Savasana).

These sessions are held bi-weekly at our Women’s Centres and are a great way to improve your mental well-being, boost your confidence in taking steps to enhance your physical health and expand your positive social networks with peers.

Sessions are open to all levels.

If you are interested in joining Yoga Class, please give us a call on 020 3981 8486 / 020 8563 2225 / 020 3096 6488 or email where our Women’s Centre Coordinators can give you details for the upcoming sessions. Alternatively, you can speak with your Key Worker who can also complete a referral for you to join in with these sessions!
