There are many ways you can raise money for Advance charity and many more that wont require you to leave your home. Since Lock down, we have all been getting creative with how to entertain ourselves so why not do so for charity?
Here are some idea’s you could try, but you might have others:
Cook up a storm
Virtual chats have become the new norm. Why not cook up a lovely dinner with friends and family. Letting them in on those top secret ingredients… at a price of course. Encourage donations for a great cause like Advance Charity to unlock those elusive recipes.
Quiz it up
Host a quiz night and ask those nearest and dearest for a small entry fee to be donated to Advance. Test your hosting skills, with as many teams as possible to challenge one another to become the ultimate Quiz master.
Sing your Heart out
Why not create an online choir from the comfort of your home. Pick your style, pick your tune and sing for a great cause. Maybe you can play an instrument, or maybe you know some one can. Put those musical skills to use and who knows what delightful sounds you might create.
Act it out
Host a virtual chat, organise yourselves into groups of two or more and act out scenes from your favorite movies for your game partner to guess. The better your acting skills, the more likely they will guess the scene correctly and in the quickest amount of time. Ask your friends and family to pay a small fee to enter to raise money for Advance.
Challenge accepted
Ask your friends to challenge you to something and sponsor you to do it. Whether it be walking the distance of the Great Wall of China within your living room, or completing an obstacle course in your garden. Get creative and see how you and your friends can challenge yourselves.
