She began her career on the domestic abuse helpline and has since grown her skills and expertise, leading to her overseeing child sexual abuse services, accommodation services, perpetrator work, group work, training and therapeutic services, and most recently domestic abuse services at Advance.
She is passionate about assessing and developing strategies to end domestic and sexual abuse, including the advocacy of long-term support for survivors and developing perpetrator behaviour-change programmes.
