She has an extensive background in media and has worked across a range of sectors, launching and developing global brands and developing leadership effectiveness. Anita is a Governor of large Academy Trust Girls Secondary School in west London and a lecturer in communications and leadership. She has a Master’s degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics. Anita is also a published author of How to be a Happy Woman in Mid-Life (2022), grounded in research and insight.
