She joined Advance in 2023 and since July 24, she has been the Director of Criminal Justice and Young Women and Girls Services. Beginning a career as a hospital and home teaching assistant. Dali Kaur, transitioned into youth offending teams (YOT), and subsequently worked within prisons, playing a key role in mobilising, and overseeing flagship prison and community-based services.
For the past 3 years, at senior management level, Dali has been dedicated to supporting women in the criminal justice system through probation, prison, and community-based services and to creating positive change and rehabilitation for women and young girls at risk.
