Focusing on leveraged loan and capital markets transactions, Ludovico has been advising leading investment banks and credit funds on complex cross-border financing solutions for over a decade. Ludovico played a major role in setting up Advance’s Domestic Abuse Clinic in joint collaboration with the London School of Economics (his alma mater) and Davis Polk (his law firm). A passionate advocate of women’s rights initiatives, Ludovico has received a number of prizes and awards for his contribution to the cause, including the British Legal Awards: CSR Initiative of the Year, the Pro Bono Innovator of the Year Award, and the Law Society Excellence Awards: Access to Justice.
