She brings particular expertise in governance, financial oversight and risk management, and is known for her clear judgement, constructive challenge and ability to build consensus around a shared purpose.
Alongside her board roles, Meeta works as a fractional transformation leader, giving her current, hands-on insight into how strategy and governance decisions translate into meaningful, sustainable impact. She holds a Master of Engineering from Imperial College London.
