Meeta is a Transformational Change Leader with over 20 years’ experience of planning, leading and assuring change in both the public and private sector.
Meeta holds a Masters of Chemical Engineering from Imperial College and started her consulting career in Accenture. She has used her analytical expertise, coupled with strong relationship building and communication skills, to deliver transformational change across a wide variety of clients and industries including the third sector.
She has previously held various positions such as Chair UK and Corporate Relations Director (Europe) for the HBA, which is dedicated to furthering the advancement of women in healthcare worldwide.
In the last 10 years, Meeta has increased her focus on building and growing in-house talent and capabilities to ensure that the organisations that she works with can sustain and deliver impactful change.
