Prior to joining Advance, Sandjea-Marie held senior leadership roles including Programme Director at Engage Britain, leading national work to influence policy and tackle poverty, and Head of Service at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where she led services that included focus on Grenfell Community Recovery and health inequalities. She also previously served as Interim Head of Regional Violence Against Women and Girls Services at Advance.
