Through the development of compelling and robust business cases, Zain has successfully unlocked over £3.2bn of public funding for novel and contentious transformation programmes, working individually and as part of small teams.
In addition to his Central Government experience, Zain has also worked in gender equality, environmental and human rights NGOs in the UK and abroad.
