Following an early career as a Solicitor, Jodi has held senior Board positions in the public, private and not for profit sectors.
An expert in complaint and dispute resolution, much of her professional work has been as the Independent Complaints Reviewer for public bodies, including the Charity Commission.
Within the criminal justice system, she was previously Chair of a London Probation Service and a member of the Parole Board.
